you're grasping at straws. That's not a contradiction. Do you even know what that means??
I have consistently said he got preferential treatment and have given numerous examples of such.
Just because he didn't the level of preferential treatment that YOU would like doesn't mean he didn't get preferential treatment and it certainly doesn't mean I have contradicted myself.
"bogus" . Your source = "Trust Me Bro"
The unconditional discharge was yet another example of trump getting preferential treatment
except for all the evidence presented by the state of New York, All public available

The judge basically said, “Just because you don’t see evidence of a crime, doesn’t mean one didn’t occur.” … this is what the jury convicted Trump on.

literally just making shit up
Surely you are not twisting the boiler plate section and evidentiary inferences into the nonsense you wrote
This is the section about inference which is standard boiler plate for jury instructions :
"In evaluating the evidence, you may consider any fact that
is proven and any inference which may be drawn from such fact.
To draw an inference means to infer, find, conclude that a
fact exists or does not exist based upon proof of some other fact
or facts.
For example, suppose you go to bed one night when it is
not raining and when you wake up in the morning, you look out
your window; you do not see rain, but you see that the street and
sidewalk are wet, and that people are wearing raincoats and
carrying umbrellas. Under those circumstances, it may be
reasonable to infer, that is conclude, that it rained during the
night. In other words, the fact of it having rained while you were
asleep is an inference that might be drawn from the proven facts
of the presence of the water on the street and sidewalk, and
people in raincoats and carrying umbrellas.
An inference must only be drawn from a proven fact or facts
and then only if the inference flows naturally, reasonably, and
logically from the proven fact or facts, not if it is speculative.
Therefore, in deciding whether to draw an inference, you must
look at and consider all the facts in the light of reason, common
sense, and experience."
They were instructed to reach a verdict based on evidence. In a weird way you are kind of right since the evidence overwhelmingly showed he was was guilty so basically you are admitting that he is guilty.
From the instructions"
"It is not my responsibility to judge the evidence here. It is
yours. You are the judges of the facts, and you are responsible
for deciding whether the defendant is guilty or not guilty. "
"Jurors, you will recall that during jury selection you agreed
that you would set aside any personal opinions or bias you might
have in favor of or against the Defendant, and that you would
decide this case fairly on the evidence and the law. Again, I
direct you to decide this case on the evidence and the law as it
relates to the Defendant here on trial. You must set aside any
personal opinions or bias you might have in favor of or against
the Defendant, and you must not allow any such opinions to
influence your verdict."
Thanks for confirming that you are basically illiterate.
I provide evidence that clearly disproves your claim and you play make believe
You're a sad little sycophant
Again, you are just lying. I said twice in plain English that innocent people do get convicted
Here are the jury instructions . Go ahead and try to find where he says to find trump guilty .. I'll wait
https://www.nycourts.gov/LegacyPDFS/press/PDFs/People%20v.%20DJT%20Jury%20Instructions%20and%20Charges%20FINAL%205-23-24.pdf
You are a cult member. Trump is your messiah and you believe the law should not apply to him

Translation-1: According to you, Innocent people never get wrongly convicted.

Straw man argument . I never said that dipshit. I would say that was a reading comprehension issue but really you are just lying.
Innocent people DO get convicted all the time . I literally fucking said that you lying sack of shit.
However , multi millionaires and especially billionaires do NOT get wrongly convicted. THAT is the 2 tiered justice system is. Its about having financial means NOT about political affiliation

Somehow, Trump is persecuting himself using all those corrupt Judges, the DAs and the DOJ.

The corrupt judges like Aileen Cannon and Clarence Thomas are on HIS side. They helped him delay delay delay until the clock ran out. This is preferential treatment that NO defendants ever get

Judge Merchan told the jury that they did not need unanimity to convict. 4 could agree on one crime, 4 on a different one, and the other 4 on another. He said he would treat 4-4-4 as a unanimous verdict.

Bullshit. Convictions ALWAYS require unanimous verdict. ALL jurors agreed that the evidence showed beyond a reasonable doubt he committed fraud to cover up another crime.
What you are referring to is the fact that they didn't have to agree on which particular crime was the *underlying* crime. This is not something unique to this case. It is fucking standard in our judicial system. The fact its still a crime of fraud even if there is NO underlying crime, that element just bumps it up to felony

Merchan basically told the jurors to find President Trump guilty in his instructions.

WRONG. Read the jury instructions
Yours are straight from Fox News
he was literally found guilty but at least you recognize that he got preferential treatment.
I never he said "he" was doing the investigation. It's not a real investigation. It doesn't look like a real investigation, YOU aren't using common sense.
Again I don't watch the news on TV. I guarantee you watch more MSM than I do (Fox News)
He's not "persecuted". Any one else would be prison with the crimes he has committed.

He's only been in office for 4 weeks and his cabinet confirmations are not complete. Try using some common sense.

Exactly , legitimate investigations take time. If you think he has found this much fraud that quickly then you are not using common sense. Spoiler alert , its just spending that he doesn't like
Trump IS the establishment. He doesn't care about you
He hasn't exposed anything. He found all this supposed "fraud" but no arrests or indictments. .. not buying it
I don't do MSM try again.
Trump is the most prolific liar in American history
Oh that's right he declassified them with a jedi mind trick.
You literally believe everything you read on the internet as long as it comports with your world view
lol YOU think the rich and powerful get treated unfairly????? Holy shit you are gullible
Reality is on my side here. Everyone knows its the poor folks and minorities that get screwed over by the justice system. There is a mountain of evidence to support this. THAT is what the "2 tiered justice system" is. Being unaware of that is a level of cluelessness that is difficult to understand.
"You have TDS" is projection at its finest. Just say you can't defend your guy legitimately so you have use that ad hom tactic
his MO is tell the lie , repeat the lie over and over confidently without flinching and the flock will believe it. You can see this happening in real time.
-Spied on him.
Unproven.
- Tried to have him impeached twice.
Nothing to do with the justice system or his criminal proceedings. Impeachment is done by congress and was carried out in accordance with the Constitution
- Stormed and raided his home.
With a legal warrant. Just like any other criminal, and they fucking found what they were looking for which he denied having.
- Planted unsolicited evidence.
What??
- Destroyed exculpatory J6 evidence.
What??
- Tried to bankrupt him.
He committed fraud and faced consequences.
- Slandered him 24x7.
It's not slander if it's true. He slandered and threatened judges and prosecutors and ignored gag orders and faced no consequences when literally anyone else would have been jailed
- Charged him with dozens of bogus charges and indictments.
Not bogus. Anyone else would be in prison
- Arrested him.
He never spent a day in jail. His "arrest" was a joke. Where's the bias?? People get arrested when they commit crimes. He got favorable treatment here
- Convicted him.
Jury of his peers convicted him. That's what happens when you do crime
- Tried to imprison him.
That's what you do to criminals. But again he was convicted and didnt even get time. He DID get preferential treatment
- Tried to assassinate him.
Some nut tried to shoot him, nothing to do with the justice system
You tried but failed to show him as a victim of the 2 tiered justice system instead showing that he actually go preferential treatment at every turn
I am aware of the 2 tiered justice system that benefits the privileged like donald trump and disfavors common folk.
Pretending that the 2 tiered justice system is based on political party is next level gaslighting. In reality , Trump got massive preferential treatment on a level that has never been seen.
that only happens to people that don't have the resource to afford top lawyers.
Wealthy people NEVER get wrongly convicted, usually they have the deck stacked so much in their favor that they get away with it even when they are guilty.
guilty verdict says otherwise
