I know he attempted once already. If he is attempting again I will be rooting for him. He made The Proposition which is a highly underrated western that proves he is well suiting to adapting Cormac McCarthy. Would love to see Blood Meridian, but I don’t think it will happen. Ridley Scott, Todd Field, James Franco, John Hillcoat all have attempted and failed. The last I heard was Tommy Lee Jones had the rights and sent in a script and was texted by all major studies due to the violence and disturbing acts. None. I am still surprised people watch SNL. Most of the skits are unfunny. The show seems to be coasting on name brand recognition just like The Simpsons. His first three films I thought were very well done. Everything else afterwards was a sharp decline in quality. This movie was long, but I did not feel it length. The only thing I think you could easily cut is when Beau is in the woods. Killers of the Flower Moon was one of the worst paced films I think I have seen. The issue is the story can and should be told in two hours but they stretch it out to three and a half hours by constantly showing scenes we have already seen with just slightly different dialogue. Wow. What class A dick. I didn’t know he thought so highly of himself. I am pretty indifferent to Billy Corgan. He is okay. But I have never heard of him having a huge ego. Do you have any examples, because I never recall reading anything about it or hearing disappointing stories where he blew off fans? Yeah. The movie is definitely in my top 5 favorite of the year. It was totally worth going to the theatre for it. Despite the running time, the movie did not feel long and never dragged. It’s not a problem for me. I would just think that focusing so much on something you hate would be exhausting and only make you angry. Why do you post hate on Trump every couple of minutes? If you don’t like the guy or even hate him that is fine, but why are you obsessing over something you hate nearly every waking minute? He does not have great range, but is good if he sticks to roles he can play well and often. I am not sure where you are getting him never apologizing for his past. He has been very open about it and personally contacted the victims and apologized to them. Jeremy Strong is good, the movie is not. There are several scenes where there is shaky cam for no reason where the rest of the film has adequate and normal filming. I was very surprised Sebastian Stan got a nomination as his portrayal is basically a mustache twirling villain who would look more subtle if they gave him horns and a pitchfork; there is no nuance or subtlety. The movie basically says he was always a terrible person and Roy Cohn just made his qualities more pronounced. Apart from how you feel about Trump either way the movie veers into fiction as historically several key issues and scenes never happened as the movie even has a disclaimer at the beginning of the movie saying it was inspired by true events, but the movie is a a fictionalized dramatization. I would have just preferred account and there meeting, friendship, and differences, but the movie is not interested in that story. This movie sucked big time. At 92 minutes it felt very long. The action and transformations looked very rushed and cheap. I saw this for free and felt like I wasted 90 minutes of my life. A shame, since the concept sounds stupid but fun, it lacks the later. In the Company of Men and Your Friends and Neighbors are both very good movies with horrid characters that are entertaining. All his other movies I can take or leave it. The poster was not promoting racism or hatred of any race he was pointing out the absurdity of it he movie’s story. You are clearly the child because you did not understand it. The poster has a right to express their opinion even if you disagree with it. It also seems hypocritical to call someone else hateful when you are constantly posting about how much you despise Trump and what he stands for. Isn’t there something better you can do with your life as well? The book has a deeply problematic issue with a character making predatory moves on a minor. That was major part of the sorry I had an issue with. As the director he was just adapting the book. Having read the novel I can say he toned it down quite a bit. If you were talking about Victor Salva, I would agree with you 100%. Okay. You’re absolutely right he is certainly a pedophile. I cannot believe I ever doubted you. You’re informative rebuttal totally won be over. True. But I do not think the director is advocating it. The movie is based on a novel and he did not even write the screenplay. I believe he was just trying to faithfully adapt the book. The director is gay, but he is not a pedophile.
