Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm so glad that somebody else noticed this and was as appalled by it as I was. I found your post here because I was looking to see if the line was written that way or if it was something Gibson "ad-libbed" because of his religious fanatic homophobia. Any clue which it was? I'm a heterosexual male (I know it shouldn't matter but to let you know what perspective I was watching from) and I had seen this movie a dozen times before I noticed it. Weird what we just accepted back then. Thanks again. John L. Myers
