wow ok i am several years late with this since i just now watched it. When I watched this, because they are interviewing from the present time and you are watching footage from the past from the camera's footage, after watching it long enough, Sara is actually a ghost being interviewed. The footage shows her leaving the hotel like she said in the interview, but there were no cops, and her saying they never questioned her because that never happened. She was stopped by Joey was it? And she hugged him. She never got out of the hotel because he did kill her and something or one of those mannequin thingies dragged her away. Joey did kill himself. During the present time in that interview, you see Sara go off camera and she tells Diane that she should go to the house, ad she says it's all boarded up and Sara says something like does that ever stop you? That there even sounds off and not right. Diane goes to find Sara at the hotel and finding out that they have no 2c there, that's when she goes to the Abaddon that that is what Sara may have meant. She goes to the room Sara told her about and Sara is sitting on the bed and she was already dead in the first place. Also the person calling Diane on the phone was that Mitchell I think it was? He must have found something on Sara but Diana rejects the call. After all that, we know what happened to Diane.
