Each character had likable and unlikable moments. Mildred was the most consistently likable and by the end Willoughby and Dixon each showed signs of goodness. I thought the transitions were organic and lent to depth and versatility within each character arc.
I am now a definite fan of Martin McDonagh. If you liked this I'd check out his two earlier works, In Bruges and Seven Psychopaths.
I enjoyed it. Not as good as In Bruges though!
