I read an interview with Damon Lindelof not too long ago, wherein he says he definitely recommends NOT binge-ing this show. (this was regarding S3 specifically, but I think it stands for the entire series) There's just so much going on, on a multitude of levels, that you gotta take your time with it. I DO definitely recommend watching, but take your time, ponder, and understand what you're seeing.
