Too many indifferent people.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah
I saw some great movies, but I should have narrowed it down better....
Looking for movies, 1930s-70s... Dramas (no mysteries please).. The screenplay is very important, acting, originality. I also seem to love movies that don't move that much (but I don't like silence).... I'll watch a movie from any country (I can always find subtitles)... Thanks again!
LOL... I bet that's happened before.. I've had the movie on VHS for over 20 years.... I actually love dramas the most!
Someone in here mentioned it...... I never saw "Star Wars"
I just recorded "Diabolique" yesterday -- thank you.. I've seen a few, but not all mentioned above :)
I didn't see "Promises in Water"... I thought he had a very natural role in the movie.
I don't really see anything eccentric about him though. Maybe self-publicity once in a while... You should see him on Howard Stern, there's some funny stuff.
Where everything on the screen could happen in real life.
Did you see his second movie? Not good at all :(
His third one was only released to a film festival...
"Gimme back my son!"
That's great! Did anyone else watch it? Anyone else a fan of this movie and like to talk about it? Analysis, questions, etc?
I'm not Ben. (Was it the guy with the Bill Murray avatar on IMDB?)
Well, if you don't read correctly, you won't understand ANY explanation..
if you think the US is "capitalist" you have other problems... Go back to Step 1.
98% of wealth is inherited... The people who do the hardest work get paid the least.
I don't think that's the problem. I only deal in cash -- I don't have a bank account, debit or credit card.
People need housing, food, water, health care, education... If you want extras, do something to get money.. Egos make the market system in chaos. The greed is unbelievable.. 1,000 people own everything, and we just sit around.. We have the numbers, but no basic outline; it's the phony Democrat vs. Republican, man vs. woman, white vs. black baloney.
Not too many people rated it, so it will fluctuate until more people see this great movie.
9/10
I thought the EXACT same thing, but I also saw "Midnight Cowboy" yesterday :)
LOL
Maybe he wanted to go back to way things were? But... does care about his wife, and kid, and knows vulnerability can only lead to trouble with his past. So he goes back to being alone, starting all over somewhere else...
That would have been a sequel I would have loved to see... Maybe even now? How an old man deals with old age, etc..
