MPAA doesn't make cuts or require you to do anything — you don't even have to submit a movie for a rating.
However, if you want your movie to be rated, then you submit a particular cut. If the rating you get is not what you expected, you can submit a different cut.
Great. My point being this fact is not telling us anything. That's like to say: "I've seen it first on my smart TV" or "on PS4". There must have been some source that provided you with that movie on Kodi. ;)
What's Kodi.com? Unless you meant .tv — still don't know why you mentioned it, as it's just a media center type of an app.
