Pretty sure its Tom Hardy's voice, he is one of those people that can suppress his inner voice,w e saw it on his tv show, Taboo but yeah he souned a lot like Tony Todd, but Todd's voice has already been wasted on The Flash tv series (zoom)

yep and after Deathstroke's "cameo" in JL:the Movie, i think the character on CW needs more airtime..maybe he can join team arrow and do what Oliver refuses to do, kill..he has been the shows best "anti-hero", not just the show but the whole CWDCverse ..

love the actress but badly miscast, i know a few Canadian actress that can do a better British accent, her accent sounded more Australian than english..
