Yes it belongs in the top 250 for sure.
I said that the Shawshank Redemption is a good movie and I also enjoying eating a Big Mac once in a blue moon... but it's not better than The Godfather and the Big Mac is not the best hamburger in America.

Since you got political on a thread that is not political I feel compelled to remind you that Donald Trump won the election. There is also a Republican majority in the Senate and the House of Representatives.
