I think you meant when Billy told the accountant/purser, Dufresne, that first timers never die.
Which reminds me of how much I preferred the late Jannes Eiselen to Roland Reed as Dufresne.
I also loved Randall's scream illustrating to Billy how he would indicate Silver's sneaking away in the first season.
Hell, I just loved the whole series.
For me, the most memorable moments were the long shot of the Walrus and the Ranger sailing in consort after the Urca gold with the sea shanty playing over it. And any of the sea battles with canon broadsides firing, muted and deadly.
