Seriously? What about Nikki who told Victor of all people? I don't see anything wrong with her telling Noah. He's not going to tell Nick, or anybody else for that matter, when she explicitly told him not to . Plus Nick doesn't care about Dylan, despite being his brother, and isn't asking about him at all. This is a non-issue. Don't make something out of nothing.
