The Exorcist /end thread But seriously, my (ex) wife literally pissed herself watching it. Second on my list is the Silence of the Lambs. It's not one of the traditional "gotcha" scary movies, but the plot and the underlying meaning have a long lasting psychological effect on you (I still get goosebumps when I think of it)
