Don't waste your time, the judging ends up dominated by politics not skill

For the most part the show is interesting with judges sticking to making decisions that are reasonable.... but when they get to the end they suddenly get bitten by the PC bug and ignore the best craftsman to pander to gender politics. When you even hear the judges admit that one contestant is the most skilled at glass blowing you know which one should win... but that ain't how it goes because you have the feminist trying to make a political statement. Sorry but simply based on the final episode I ended up sorry I wasted all my time watching the series. It was like watching the World Cup and in the final match they decide that because the weaker team decided to have transgender players that they would automatically just give them the win.

Don't waste your time on this one.

Sorry but who was transgendered?

I couldn't really stand Deborah as a person, but by the episode where she did the potatoes I pegged her as the winner. You might not have agreed with the judges, and Janusz was an exceptional glass blower, but he didn't quite have the same creativity as Deborah did. Her foot with the chewing gum, was better than Janusz's hand, so it's not like she wasn't skilled at glass blowing. Regardless of how annoying I found her, and how much I hated her haircut, I really think that she had a more creative display.

I think that if you like the art of glass blowing, the show is worth watching.
