What Happened To All His Money?
Robert’s last stateside job — the jewelry heist intended as his career finale — was supposed to net 1.2 million (Canadian — but still). I don’t imagine any of the “actors” hired got a split of the spoils, but rather just a flat fee. So where did it all go? I never understood the deal with Tommy but believe he got some percentage. While on that subject, I never grasped why Robert even needed Tommy’s money anyway, the risk of spilling his secrets to Tommy and his underlings notwithstanding.
