I'm surprised Delroy Lindo wasn't nominated. Sadly, there's no room left for Da 5 Bloods when Netflix is pushing more for Mank, The Trial of the Chicago 7, and Ma Rainey's Black Bottom to be nominated in the top-tier categories.

Well, before seeing this flick I was really looking forward to it, but after watching it, it clearly is not Lee's best work, nor among the best of the year. Much of the acting was overblown and melodramatic and his wartime scenes were filmed amateurish and badly done.
