My thoughts

I went blindly into this one and it was a nice treat. A treat that you have to take the time to slowly savour with an open mind and a willing palate. The script is not 100% on point but it’s well done… or should I say “medium rare”. The actors bring each their own ingredient to make this a successful recipe. This movie is the appetizer, the main meal and the desert, all wrapped in a neat, blood red rope with a finish note of roasted meat and burnt marshmallows. My rating: 7/10

Wow, you give it way more credit than it deserves. This film is a total "send back" and although original...lacks any flavor that's worth ordering again.

Not one likable character in the whole movie. Especially the Chef...what a self-absorbed imbecile. When you get to the point where you can't handle the heat...you get out of the kitchen...you don't blow it up. Also, it's completely ridiculous to think not one of the men would try and fight back. The only feeling or emotion the movie brought out in me was by the end I was definitely craving a cheeseburger.

I didn’t care much about them not fighting back but I’m aware of it being a major complaint for lots of people. As for the chef, let me just say I loved Fiennes performance. So intense with the eyes!

Nahh. Not original. Agatha Christie wrote that basic plot in 1939.
