So...why was he the king of Staten Island?
I don't get it.
sharebecause his dad died defending a 711 brahhh get ur facts right
shareGiven his life choices, he should be a homeless drug-addict, in prison, or dead. Instead he has stable employment, community support, criminal friends who don't rat him out, a loving mother/sister, newly found father-figure, and a reasonably attractive girlfriend who is head-over-heels in love with him. It's easy to fall into a pit of despair from childhood trauma, and the resulting physical and mental health problems. The character recognizes that he's enormously lucky.
