Why a moon on Jupiter
The radiation would be a killer - why can't they come up with slightly feasible scenarios, a moon base or a mars base with active asteroid mining ?
shareCould be explained in the logic of a science fiction world by access to water and perhaps harnessing the radiation for abundant energy.
I think there has been speculation of life on Europa too.
