This movie was gruesome for a PG-13/Marvel movie

Surprised it wuz not R but they done it cleverly ie u dont see shield cuttin thru her bod

I thought zombie Dr Strange was the most gruesome aspect.

The Batman was more R-rated than this and that movie was still very PG-13-ish. Nothing stood out that screamed "this should be rated R." Doctor Strange 2 screamed PG-13 to me. I've also seen PG movies that were more graphic than Doctor Strange 2. Maybe people just need to watch more movies.

It seems there is a trend lately where everyone acts like every movie they see now, they are seeing something for the first time because it's never been done before.

Shang-Chi's bus scene. Pretty sure there are better scenes than that in other martial arts/kung fu movies (I don't watch a lot of martial arts/kung fu movies). Heck, Nobody's bus scene was better than Shang-Chi's bus scene.

Scream 5, Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2022, and Halloween Kills' gore. Tons of other slasher movies with the same kind of gore or are way more graphic, including previous TCM and Scream movies and the Rob Zombie Halloween movies.

X. Just go watch something like the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre (X is pretty much a ripoff of that) or the Friday The 13th movies (plenty of T&A/sex and people getting killed in those).

The list goes on.

So yeah. Pretty sure there are other PG-13 or even PG movies that make Doctor Strange 2 look like nothing and that nothing in it is pushing the PG-13 rating and should be R instead. Doctor Strange 2 was VERY PG-13 to me.
