I'm watching it in 4k but it looks more like 480p. Is it just me?

I watched the trailer 720p, far more detail than SD. Streaming services drop the resolution when the network can't keep up.

I just watched it on Netflix and it looked very HD.

Same here. Seemed like certain dark, interior scenes were grainy. True about resolution dropping from stream/signal quality, but depends how it was filmed too.
