How could they cast Julia Louis-Dreyfus and NOT have her make her appearance at the night club, where she could have joined Zemo on the dance floor and done her signature move?

I was hoping it’s that general from Hulk, offering more drugs to soldiers like in that Hulk movie.

I agree, Mrs Dreyfus cameo is a waste with one episode to go.
