I love this genre but man, there's no point to this movie. I have 20 minutes left but so far this has been incredibly unentertaining.
shareI never found it boring but it didn't have much suspense to it. It's a great looking set. The acting seemed a bit forced at times though.
I'd much rather have watched Apollo 13 again. Similar theme of co2 build up/not enough oxygen. And that was exciting (& true).
For me, it wasn't awful but I wouldn't watch it again.

The Oxygen retrieval scene was intense, cool and nerve-wracking. I'd give it an 8/10
The rest of the movie, characters, dialogue and plot were below average for any movie, let alone one set in space.
Overall, I can see why this is in the mid 5 ratings in IMDb. The stowaway being there was completely ridiculous and none of the 4 were even likeable much.
Agreed about the tense scene. It was well done. That's what good movies achieve to make you feel anxious and think what to do in that situation, that was a horrible one. I'm glad that the movie chose to portray the kindness in humans. For me it's better than the ratings.
