Was Grandmother malfunctioning?
Her reasons for de evolving the children were that they would be "simpler, happier" versions of themselves yet those creatures were violent and basically animals. Was she malfunctioning? Were all those other creatures de evolved humans then from previous attempts at colonizing the planet? Also how did Grandmother end in pieces? lol. And magically Father was able to "grow" her back to her original form.
