So, about that TV series, then...?

The one thing I suppose is frustrating about Jenkins and Moore's collaboration - and this is coming from someone who can still remember watching the original Jimmy's End shorts on Youtube - is its clearly serialized storytelling (old habits, particularly those born of a long and distinguished career writing comics, die hard I guess).

I mean, don't get me wrong, I think it's certainly a testament to the latter's writing chops that I'm still invested in this story after a near-decade long gap since its last installment, but I must say that I find it kinda bittersweet that my feelings after finishing this one could be summed up as "yeah, that was amazing... now where's the rest of it?"
