Wanda traps Agatha in Westview, then immediately collapses it?

So at the end.?. She takes Agatha's powers and says she is keeping her right there... Then immediately collapsed the borders and nothing else was said I'd Agatha.
Also, did anyone else notice that after she let the people of the town go and then spent another 5 or 10 minutes at least fighting Agatha before she collapsed the borders... But when the borders collapsed, all of the freed citizens were just standing there holding their shopping bags or whatever. I would have been SO far away already.

It's almost like they had a few ending and smashed them all together... And in one, the citizens weren't released until she collapsed the border. And maybe another ending where she left the border up and left Agatha inside. I dunno, that's just my thoughts.

What she did to Agatha was a new spell separate from Westview. She's trapped by her mind rather than the borders. The sole intentional enslavement on Wanda's part.

Well Agatha did kill her dog.

Or was the Dog magically created by Wanda?
