W'Kabi taking on the mantle
This video by CBR explains why it would work, and proves that a redemption arc for him could work. Daniel Kaluuya does have star power as well.

I do like Kaluuya better than a few years ago as an actor. But I'd still rather if M'Baku took the mantle.
shareNot W'Kabi. M'Baku.
shareI'd prefer W'Baki tbh (didn't remember the character's name, but I guess)
Outside of BP I've only seen Winston Duke in "Us", and I didn't think his performance was great. It felt sort of like he was doing an impression of Jordan Peele from Key and Peele
Kaluuya is a world-class actor by any measure
W'Kabi staged a coup against T'Challa. M'Baku came to his king's aid. By the looks of it, W'Kabi was removed from the council at the end replaced by M'Baku. What better way to unite Wakanda them having someone from the mountain tribes take on the mantle of The Black Panther. M'Baku was also there at the battle with Thanos' army and the Black Order in Infinity War, and came to the battle for humanity in Endgame.
Duke's performance in "Us" as Gabe was supposed to be a little flaky. As Abraham he was chilling.
Yeah, I'm basing my preference solely on which actor I'd rather see as one of the main Avengers. I know that it's not really what's best based on the story, but I guess I'm just selfish like that :/
shareI understand, but for me it's the fact W'Kabi betrayed T'Challa and chose Killmonger over his king. And face it, he betrayed his love, Okoye.
