I was expecting another Michael Clayton but instead all I got was another Civil Action

The trailer for Dark Waters is very misleading. It gives the strong impression that it's more of an action thriller than a legal drama. It gives the strong impression that the movie is focused around attempts by DuPont or others allied with DuPont to kill, hurt, threaten or personally intimidate Rob Bilott and his family. But nothing of that sort actually happens in the movie. It's really just a standard legal drama about a crusading lawyer going up against a corporate polluter. It's covering the same ground as A Civil Action but A Civil Action did it better. I found the lawyer characters in A Civil Action to be much more interesting.
