George Millar makes a lot shitty films, Babe 2, Happy Feet 1&2, Max Max 3, but his worst film is Lorenzos Oil.

Lorenzo's oil better than Forrest Gump?! You must be kidding :D

I don't think a more stuck in the 90's film exists. Susan Sarandon's performance is good though, and the story it is (loosely) based on is fascinating, but it hasn't stood the test of time very well. It looks like an 80s TV movie with vaseline on the lens n' all.
