A waste of A list actors
Some had next to nothing to do. It did not do a good job at juggling it's talented cast.

shareYou see, I actually get where OP is getting at, because I said something similar to my girlfriend right after we left the theater. I wouldn't say ''waste'' but rather ''not enough involvement'' from everyone. But, this often happens with movies with such a big number of characters due to the limit of time so, well, it's not such a big deal. They all did well even with the limitations.
Two movies that I can think of which had many characters and did an amazing job at giving them all a lot of significance: Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, both from Guy Ritchie. Pulp Fiction is another great example.
