Can't rate on imdb?

All other recent festival premieres has ratings. Do they hate Canadians?

This film just had its premiere over the weekend while other TIFF films first screened weeks or months ago. Professional reviews are only starting to trickle in. Why is it so critical that IMDB enables general user ratings for a film that won't even see wide distribution for over two months?

Almost 1000 fake votes now. 6.8 rating is well below metascore of 84.

they are not all fake, Knives Out has had many screenings already
