I just finished binging this and I found very enjoyable, the "Quarantine" episode was great. The one thing that did annoy me though (probably more than it should) was the Rachel character not knowing that "Beowulf" is a poem.
Is that not something that is taught in English class in High School?

Who the hell pays attention in High School? It's literally the most worthless form of education imaginable.
shareI think what classics you read in public school is a crap shoot. Some curriculums include Beowulf, others don’t. I think Beuwulf though has some sort of cultural reference that one would have heard of it and looked it up.
