Complete disappointment

Anybody else completely disappointed? I was so looking forward to the second one after watching the first. The first one had a tight story with a good tempo that kept you on the edge of the seat. The second one has a completely forgettable story with none of the memorable characters. It feels like watching Mad Max in Walking Dead.

When you consider its the same writer and director its hard to believe how poor this film is compared to the first.
This is purely a standalone film with only the merest of nods to the first in being that its what happened 4 years later but other then that it has no relevance to the first.

Would of been good to see the girl at least from the first one playing the lead girl in this to show some connection.

Obviously not as good as the firstone, but for a sequel I enjoyed it and its easily re-watchable.

This is terrible news. I loved TtB.
Even though the sequel sucks, should I watch it anyhow? Or is it a skipper?

I'd say its nowhere near as good as Train to busan was, as this is more of an action adventure rather the emotional movie the first one was and the zombie's are less of a threat and more parody in this but its still a better movie then most zombie movies are.
