Such team would never be picked
Years ago I saw the Mars One (real Mars mission endeavor) candidate picks and these people were unemotional stoic stones. Highly intelligent, highly aware they were in it for life and fully focused on the task at hand.
The cast in away were picking fights before lift off lol
