Great cell service. Dial from school to Mom on the space ship with no speach lag.

Apparently there is already a 2.5 second delay between transmission from earth to the moon, it would be even higher halfway to Mars, yet these folks are all speaking instantly to each other, also the 4K HD video streaming between their mid 2010's decade iPhones and iPads is remarkable....

Controlling Mars rovers currently has a 15 minute delay, that's just because of the light speed limitation. Calls to the moon would be much faster
