Pretty Good
Not great, but worth a watch. The young woman is given no background; her mind control ability, no explanation. She is in a padded cell in a strait jacket at the beginning and we are told that she has been there for ten years.
She escapes and tries to deal with a world that is strange to her and meets a mix of good, bad and merely ordinary people in New Orleans. It looks good and performances are good. Just a well made film that tells a simple story. I enjoyed it but am not blown away by it.
