I hope for a good ending

I know this show is based in a Stephen King book, and I am aware and have experienced many disappointments with King's endings.

I just hope this show gets it right. I haven't read this particular book, so no idea how King finishes this story, but I hope the show is good.

It started excellent, 1st and 2nd episode 3rd was alright, and the 4th is getting deep in King's classic set up, so I'm afraid it goes to another space turtle.

Will see how they end the show. Does anyone know if the show is supposed to have more than one season or is it a limited series?

I felt episode 4 dropped in quality. Too many new characters... However the ending in 4 was good and we are now finally introduced to the "monster". Hoping E5 is more back to form as E1 & E2.
