One thing that wasn't discussed that should have...
...is that The Utah Jazz really got screwed by the officiating in Game 6 of the 1998 Finals:
1) Howard Eisley hit a 3-pointer in the first half that was waved off (even though the ball was clearly out of Eisley's hand before the shot clock buzzer went off).
2) In the second half, Ron Harper of the Bulls made a baseline jumper that clearly was released after the shot clock. Basket should not have counted.
3) Jordan's game-winning shot. I'm on the fence with this one...while it shows the greatness of Jordan and I understand why the officials let the play go, an offensive foul COULD have been called against Jordan on that sequence.
As a fan, it would have been interesting to see Michael Jordan and the Bulls in a Game 7. None of their Finals ever went 7 games. That would have been an interesting Game 7 that year.
