Why did they choose Rosa to become a member and later the president of their sick secret society?
This secret cult of a society is mainly populated by members of the elite wealthy ruling class of Holland. Also mainly white. So how is it that they would choose someone from a lower non-elite class to join them?
And then later she ends up becoming one of their presidents?
It baffles me why they chose her since she is not of the same class as the rest of them.
