I think it's pretty obvious that TJ is going to be the killer in Season 3. He is the only obvious person that could have poisoned Fiona in the prison. He wasn't released yet and could have been working in the prison kitchen, then poisoned her drink before it was brought to her cell. He has motive for killing her since she's the reason he ended up inside. So it's safe to say that he will be season 3's next "Simon Says".

I think Jake’s brother did it because she knows the big secret Jake had.

Yeah I thought it was Jake for the same reason. Plus his family probably have the means to do something like that.
