Neoprimitives

In the recap preceding ep 5, What About Bob?, there is a voiceover by Wilf saying "a Neoprimitive... Someone who believes we've ruined the world by trying to save it". Because I've been trying to understand the various players but couldn't recall Wilf talking about them, first I did a search of transcripts & couldn't find any part of that sentence uttered in the 4 previous episodes, & then thinking maybe it was a transcription error, I went back & watched every scene with Wilf speaking & he never once talks about them (only once Zeb mentions that Wilf did something to the "Neoprims", but Wilf never speaks their name), so where did that voiceover in the recap preceding S5 come from?? I'm baffled.
