Great characters

Most shows have a few main characters and the rest of the parts are cardboard props for them. But all of the characters here seem real (even the lead robot), with their own motivations and skills and missions. Everyone seems really good at what they do, even if what they do is just being a thug.

Yeah, I think you are right. Most of the characters have depth. Maybe that's why I'm sticking to the series even though I don't know why I'm continuing. Almost like I'm telling myself subconsciously: "With characters like these it can't stay boring forever." (or can it !?)
