I do like Kevin bacon so I'll probably watch it anyway.
I wouldn't really compare it to The Shining. It was, however - in my opinion -, a good movie.

shareI hope for your sake that you haven't watched it yet. It's no Shining. Some aspects of the setting are reminiscent of Shining but it doesn't have a psychic child at the beginning who's psychic abilities end up meaning nothing.
My opinion: 2/10 A must-skip
Really?! I've not seen it yet. I always like a Kevin bacon film. That's disappointing if it is so bad π.
shareI only watched it because of Bacon. He is usually great (and admittedly doing his best in this low tier Blumhouse movie). I was hoping for something as good as Stir of Echoes. Nope. You can almost tell that there was a decent idea at its core. Like maybe the original script had some small worth but they produced, cast, and directed it into a disaster.
