Probably not for the long-term
It's pretty funny as a one-time thing, but I don't see it working for more than one season.

shareWhat excactly is this? I read that they are playing themselves. Is this a parody or something like that?
shareThey are playing parodies of themselves and it seems they're also going to play their 90210 characters in a fictional revival in subsequent episodes.
shareThis reminds me of what they did with the Seinfeld cast on Curb your enthusiasm. I haven´t seen this yet but I like the idea more than watching a true reboot of the original show´s characters 30 years later.
shareIn the first episode, they were all returning for a reunion. So they were a part of a panel for the audience. By the end of the show, they decide to do a revival of the show. So, it's a show about them doing a "revival" of the 90210.
shareI think you're right, but I may change my mind once I see all the episodes.
That said, I think it's a fun way to bring them all back together.
You are probably right but 1 should be enough.
Unfortunately yes I have to agree. They really should have done original reboot with the entire original cast vs that stupid 90210 imitation. Yes Perry dying bought some publicity and signed Doherty on, but there's only so long they can cash in on that.
