How are they going to continue from The Devil's Rejects? Are they going to use the old copout "the ending was all a dream" nonsense or possibly a prequel to the second film? Did they in fact actually die and are resurrected somehow? Those are the only scenarios I can think of.

bill Moseley said the cops had really bad aim and they hit them in non vital spots, but I still agree with the “they were so evil that hell spat them all back out” theory going around; it would’ve been cool to see them in the after life where they would be sent to hell and they would either be sent back by the devil or fight their way out, especially if there was a slow motion scene of them walking out of the gates at the beginning of the movie
