There is another surprise there and I think it's either the next chapter in The Mandalorian series or could be a spin-off. What do you all think?

"The Book of Boba Fett" wasn't announced at the investors' meeting, but the name was posted to the announcements site after this episode aired. So it's separate from "The Mandalorian," for now. Looks like they're aiming for a massive "shared universe" episode or mini-series involving a bunch of their upcoming Star Wars shows.
They just confirmed Fett is its own spinoff, separate from Mando.
