You got your actors mixed up (yes, it’s two different beings). The two just resemble each other a lil’ bit. Plus the not-so-fresh-faced-Gizmo-actor unfortunately ain’t looking as good as he used to... aging aside, he’s been through hard times and all that washed up actor stuff. He’s ready for that comeback tho!

But in any case, the force that is Baby Yoda for the damn win! Yeah, Oh.

Great point!

I know some people have seen clips from the Mandalorian and when seeing baby Yoda have said "Hey that's the guy who Gizmo!" But although they look similar they are not the same actor.

So just in case anyone is getting confused - the actor who plays baby Yoda is not the same actor who played Gizmo.

Are you sure about that? They do the cute ear thing exactly the same way. Plus if you look into baby yodas eyes you can clearly see how happy he is to be working again.

I think one could easily say that Gizmo is just a hairy, mini Yoda. If you really look at the character design, they are very similar. Yoda was 4 years earlier.

That Gizmo actor had great range. Most people don't know that he also played Spike. He had to spend five hours in the makeup chair every morning to put on that stuff.

Ya he is truly an underrated actor of the 80s. Glad to see him back on big screen. Its like he doesnt age.
