It has that budget? The way this movie came and went, completely unnoticed and barely promoted, I thought it was some very low budget vanity project for Affleck. I couldn't even remember if it went to theaters or straight to streaming.
Yeah, movie looked cheap for that budget. You know 20 millions probably wennt to salary for Affleck and director Robert Rodriguez.
That's probably what happened. Plus the supporting cast and locations. It kind of checks out.

I do remember seeing one or two trailers in theaters before other movies, but I don't remember it coming out. What the hell happened to that money?
