They sued Universal because of the misleading trailer showing AdA as the romantic rival of Lilly James
AdA's was totally cut because 'modern test audiences' didn't like the fact that the protagonist was cheating on Lilly James' character maybe it was too 'toxic' for them and 'patriarchal' so AdA's role got axed. Fans of AdA got played though I agree with the lawsuit we should all sue these fυckers the same company that gave us the gay 'masterpiece' BROS.
