Rotten Tomatoes : 35% from critics but 86% from audience
Once again these "experts" show that they don't understand popcorn movies.

shareI haven't decided if I want to see it. It's got to be better than the last movie.
shareI just got back from the theatre. It's pretty bad.
shareThis is one of the super rare occasion, where i agree with the "experts".
This movie is called the epic finale to the whole saga. Therefore i judge it that way and Jurassic Park was never just a "popcorn movie".
You can divide the audience into 2 camps.
A: You expect a well written and crafted movie like JP. You watch it with your brain turned on. In that case you will be very disappointed.
B: You just want to see the whole cast again + some dinosaurs. The what and why's are not important to you. You treat it like a popcorn movie = you leave your brain at home. In that case: You will like or love it.
In the end, its about your expectations.
Yes, I also just noticed that the Audience Score and Critics Score were very much at odds with each other. It sounds like regular folk are for the most part enjoying it.
I am keeping my expectations low. It sounds like it will NOT be the film that I was hoping it would be. But hopefully it will still be cool and at least better than Fallen Kingdom.
